Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 June 2026

Atronics (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. We keep data collection to a minimum, and we set no analytics cookies unless you accept them.

1. Who we are

Atronics is a technology consulting practice. For any privacy question or request, contact info@atronics.dk.

2. What we collect

  • Email enquiries. If you contact us via the email links on this site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share, and use it only to respond.
  • Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. We do not collect names or contact details through analytics. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.

3. Cookies

We set no cookies until you accept analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to measure usage. A small record of your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis for analytics is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). For responding to your email enquiries, our basis is our legitimate interest in answering you and taking steps at your request.

5. Third parties & international transfers

  • Google Analytics is provided by Google. Analytics data may be processed in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting; Google may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) to deliver and secure the site.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (a limited period, after which it is deleted or aggregated). Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@atronics.dk.

8. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser (which brings the consent banner back), or by emailing us.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
